We do call customers when needed, but we first make sure that the right person is dealing with your question, and they have all the necessary information.
There’s no charge (and never will be) for Sole support. It’s included in your Sole subscription. If a website claims to be the Sole support site and offers phone support at a cost, it’s not the official Sole site and is a scam.
