Phishing, spam, spoof, or hoax emails are much more common today and the best way to protect yourself is to be aware of what to be on the lookout for.

Warning: If you have received an email asking you to log in, provide personal information, make payment or download a file, take no action!

Forward it on to support@soleapp.com.au and we will follow it up.

Our promise to you

We'll never send you:

  • an email with a "software update" attachment
  • an email asking you to provide your password information
  • an email asking for  your banking  or credit card information

A team effort

Security is a team effort. When you notify us about suspicious emails you receive, it helps us keep everyone protected.
