What to do if you can't find your bank in the Sole drop-down list

If you're having trouble finding your bank or financial institution in Sole, try these tips:

  • Verify the spelling
  • Search for the name of the issuing bank. You can find the issuing bank's name on the back of your card. For example, "NAB," or "ANZ," will work, while "Visa" is too generic.
  • Use simple one or two-word terms. If you’re not getting any results, try broadening the results by narrowing the terms. For example, “Citi” or “Australia"
  • If you're still having trouble, it may be that we don't support your bank yet. In this case, let us know on support@soleapp.com.au that you want us to support your bank.

Note:

We work directly with Twilio to add support for new banks and will work to pass on all customer requests. Note that we also need approval from each bank.
